NEW DELHI: India captain Rohit Sharma has achieved a remarkable feat by becoming the batter with the most sixes in a calendar year on Sunday. In a game against Netherlands in the ongoing World Cup, the Indian skipper smoked Colin Ackermann for a massive 92-metre six over long-on, marking his 59th maximum of the year. This incredible milestone surpassed the previous record set by South African AB de Villiers, who hit 58 sixes in 2015.
